

License Key Not Found (Trial Mode Only)
I have purchased
and attached my unlock key, but the program continues to be in
trial mode. What's Wrong?

When trying to transfer a file to my Antares, I receive a "No
Response From Device". What's Wrong?
- EZ-COMMander TFTP must be installed on the PC that is configured as the host to the
Antares
device when attempting to transfer files.
- Your device has not been configured with the correct network properties and is not
currently
communicating with the host PC. See your Trakker manual for information on
configuring your
Antares to communicate over the network.
- You are selecting the incorrect IP address withing EZ-COMMander TFTP in
correlation to physical
device that you are attempting to communicate with.
- The reader needs to be reset. Scan the Reset Firmware barcode within your Antares
Getting Started guide and try EZ-COMMander TFTP again..

- Be sure the key is attached to directly to your parallel port and not a 25 pin serial port.
- When installing on Windows NT/2000/XP or higher, be sure to
logon to Windows with administrative rights.

and install the latest driver for your hardware license key
HERE
- Download and install the
SuperProMedic utility to verify that the driver is installed
correctly.
- Be sure that your parallel port within your BIOS setup is enabled and set to ECP.
When initiating communications with my reader, I receive a TCP/IP
error in the status bar. What's Wrong?
- You have not installed the TCP/IP protocol on your PC. Follow these instructions to install TCP/IP on your PC.
I'm running on Windows 95 and EZ-Server
seems to hang on occassion. What can I do?
- Winsock2 is not installed with Windows 95. Download and install the latest Winsock2 and install it on the EZ-Server
Windows 95 PC.
When Broadcasting, the Date & Time is
Not Being Updated on my Reader. What's Wrong and What Can I Do?
- Your commands are disabled. Scan the Enable
Override barcode on page 6-5 of the .PDF Antares Troubleshotting Manual to correct
this problem.
When trying to transfer a file to my

- Your are sending a IP network related command that is not supported by Intermec to be
changed via a LAN connection.
- Your commands may be disabled. Scan the Enable Override barcode within your
Antares Manual to correct this problem.
When starting EZ-Server, I receive a TCP/IP error in the status
bar. What's Wrong?
