EZ-COMMander TFTP is an easy to use Windows compatible utility providing total file management and reader configuration command execution from the host PC via your TCP/IP network connectivity.  The hassle and inconvenience of slow serial connections are a thing of the past.  Whether your Intermec Antares devices are wired or portable RF through Access Points,  all file management and command processing is done without leaving the desktop on the host PC.  For example,  initial downloads or updates of Antares thick or thin client application files would require the time consuming task of gathering up the devices for a serial download or costly hardware controllers, not to mention the affects of downtime in a production environment.  By specifying the reader IP address and a simple click of a button,  you can manage files and execute configuration commands directly through your local area or wide area network. Easily define multiple terminal IP addresses for execution of your request. You can also send any valid reader configuration command by typing it into a text field or wedging it by scanning directly from the Intermec device manual.

In a benchmark test, a serial download of an application that took 3 minutes, completed in 15 seconds with EZ-COMMander.   As a data collection tool,  the fully featured Upload functionality easily allows you to append data files from your reader(s) to any flat file on your host PC or network drive that it can access.  After an Upload is successfully completed,  EZ-COMMander can even remove the file from the reader automatically.
