  How Does It Work?

Your visitors or receptionist use a prompt screen and keyboard to enter their first and last name and optional entries of the company they represent, the employee and department they are visiting, the purpose of the visit, their mailing address, phone number, and E-mail address. The system time and date stamps the entered data, then prints an attractive visitor badge containing pre-selected text and corresponding bar code image. When leaving, visitors or designated employees scan the bar coded badge with a pen wand to update the database with the date and time of their departure, and length of stay.

 Import Pre-Registrations
